Therapist cluttering

When you clutter you simply want to have the right therapy: a therapist who knows how to treat cluttering. Unfortunately, many clutterers still get therapies that do not match their needs. That is because cluttering is not that well understood. Many (untrained) therapists consider it a rather vague term. They know what the term implies, more or less, but what exactly cluttering means and how it differs from stuttering is unclear to most.

Happily, times are changing for the best. More and more speech-language pathologists are educated on how to distinguish cluttering from stuttering. This is good news for people who clutter; they have better access to expert help than ever before. So, if you clutter, make sure you get the right therapy. Therapy for cluttering is different from that of stuttering. Seek a speech-language pathologist who is comfortable with treating cluttering. You deserve it. You can also get coaching with us.
